Local for a reason
Based in Warren, working across Southeastern Michigan.
Being close to the work is not a small thing. Our project managers, foremen, tradespeople and specialty trades are all local to Southeastern Michigan, and staying within a reasonable radius is what lets us staff every job with our own people instead of whoever a distant market could supply. That's a deliberate constraint on how far we spread, and it's the reason the finish standard holds across every project rather than only on the ones somebody happened to be watching.
It also means we know the municipalities. Permitting expectations, inspection scheduling and plan review pace differ meaningfully between Oakland and Macomb communities, and that difference goes into your schedule up front instead of showing up as a delay.

Do you charge for the initial walkthrough?
No. The first visit is a conversation at the property — we look at real conditions, talk through what you want, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'd rather say so at the door than three weeks into a job.
How far will you travel for a project?
Our core area is Oakland and Macomb County plus the Wayne County suburbs. We take work outside that footprint when the project justifies the travel — larger renovations and commercial jobs in particular. Call and ask; if it's not a fit, we'll tell you straight rather than pricing ourselves out of it quietly.
